Shallow Grave (album)

Shallow Grave is the debut album of the Swedish folk artist The Tallest Man on Earth. It borrows heavily from American folk music, and includes many references to the lyrics of such music as well as antiquated terminology of the American lexicon, albeit seen through the lens of a Northern European. Kristian Matsson is well known for his stage presence and unique voice, and has toured with artists such as John Vanderslice and Bon Iver. "The Gardener" is the first single.
